How To Set Your Voicemail On A BlackBerry
First you need to determine what your voicemail box number is by either calling customer services or dialing 1780 on O2. The default on Vodafone is 121 and on Orange it’s 123.
Once you have the number, press the green “dial/call” button on the BlackBerry and then press the BlackBerry menu button (with the dots on). From there you go to Options>Voice Mail and then enter the number where it says Access Number and save.
You should now be able to access voicemail by pressing and holding the “1″ button as per a normal mobile phone.

How to erase all data from a BlackBerry
So your BlackBerry is faulty and you have to return it but don’t want all your messages, contacts etc still on there?
First of all, back up everything using Desktop Manager so that it can be transfered to the new BlackBerry.
Now, go to Options>Security Options>General Settings> and press the Menu key (Blackberry one with dots on). Select Wipe Handheld and enter “blackberry” (without the quotes) or whatever the security password has been set at and press OK. Then wait whilst everything is erased.
Be aware that this will wipe all user data and restore it to the factory default settings so only perform the above if you absolutely need to erase all data. T-Phone can not be held responsible for any loss of data when performing this action.
Get ready for BlackBerry Unite!
August 2008 should see the release of some great new software for BlackBerry users called “BlackBerry Unite”. This free download will allow BIS users to remotely link to a PC and sync Outlook calender and Contacts, access files etc.
Almost like a mini “BES” solution, I can see this being very popular with both consumer and business BIS users.
With the new BlackBerry BOLD also due in August, things are really on the up for BlackBerry users and many business owners are wising up to the fact that these are incredibly valuable business tools.
